Following the overwhelming success of 18 sold-out performances of 'Oscar’ in Koninklijk Theater Carré, the live audio recording will be released by popular demand as a limited edition double LP and double CD. The songs from OSCAR were live recorded by Blaudzun at Carré during the first edition in 2022.
NOTE: These live recordings will not be released on streaming platforms.
Blaudzun and Scapino Ballet Rotterdam together with Codarts Circus will once again hit the stage with the successful production OSCAR in 2024. The performance is featuring music, dance, and circus acts and will be presented again at the Koninklijk Theater Carré, and for the first time, at the Nieuwe Luxor in Rotterdam.
Scapino created the production commissioned by Carré in celebration of the theater's 135th anniversary. All eighteen shows featuring new and original songs from Blaudzun were sold out.
